Premium Japanese Semi Brown Rice
Our semi-brown rice is partially milled to remove 10% of the bran layer. This lightly-milled rice cooks like white rice and retains the health benefits of brown rice.
Premium Japanese White Rice
Our Japanese white rice is perfect for sushi or any rice dish. This short grain variety sets itself apart from other varieties grown in California in taste and quality.
